To me it happened with note 2(sandisk ultra32gb) and now with note 3. I have log of what happened before it died. The pc doesn´t recognize it, it was a class 10 kingston 32gb

2 note 3 n900p killed sdcards
I have 2 note 3 n900p. both phones killed their Samsung EVO 64GB MicroSD XC Class 10 Micro SD UHS with in 2 days, the computer does not see it either.
