The recovery has started playing up and won't install most zips that it was before. Any ideas?

I'm running the latest Twrp. 2.7.0.2

It won't install things like
Viper themes
Some roms
Under themes and apps there is sense keyboards
Viperfx

All these I have successfully installed before. It either says failed or when I swiped to install zip the recovery just reboots

Sent from my HTC One_M8 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

Sorry I have recently lost my telepathic abilities after an interaction with a hexenbiest ... so if you dont mind:

What TWRP version do you have?

Your fastboot getvar all (remove IMEI)

What files you have tried to flash? Exact file name?

What is the exact error?

Same
Having the same problem with TWRP 2.8.1.0
AT&T M8
Had rooted GPE RUU, but now, nothing.
Tried flashing "Beyond Stock" (I now realize that it's a kernel, works differently)
Original Sense 6 ROM (m8-3.4.0-g278eae8.zip) in addition to radio (name escapes me), which all failed to zip from TWRP.
Error says "Error flashing zip (file location here)"

Getvar All:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 3.19.0.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 1.16.21331931.LA11G
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main: 3.11.1700.5
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-OFF
(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product: m8_ul_ca
(bootloader) platform: hTCBmsm8974
(bootloader) modelid: 0P6B12000
(bootloader) cidnum: 11111111
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 0mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: off
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: c88f4560
(bootloader) hbootpreupdate: 11
(bootloader) gencheckpt: 0

I did this because I had SIM problems after the Sieempi solution...

I bet those flashing issues come from a GPE conversion .... returning to sense need a system partition reformat (different sizes)

EDIT : @absp2006 remove serial/imei from your post

Put the splash RUU in and it still denies ROMS, especially stock.
Doing this 'cause SIM no work.
