I agree Siddarth, but i use a Huawei G700-U10 phone for which, there was no custom ROM available. Though, there was a possibility to install ROMs from G700-U00 but with that, the IMEI would be erased. The only solution was to re-write the IMEI after ROM installation. So, it's not that bad at all times But, yes.. I do agree to the fact that messing with it is a bad idea
