The 12.1 patch is a lag fix to solve lag problems in build 12 but you are in the wrong thread that patch is for the MrSteve 555 Cyanogenmod rom not for that

Ok thanks i understand now... Ok a few more questions, i have to flash Mr Steeve's Build 12 rom and then the 12.1 patch right? And if i do, do i have to wipe data? or just flashing the build 12 rom is enough? Will my bro's apps be deleted if i do?

Full wipe is recommended to avoid lagyness.. ... You will lose all apps.. The patch does not require any wipes..

Yes a full wipe is recommended.
If you want to install the build 12 rom, it will not include the 12.1 patch nor the 12.5 patch. The 12.5 patch, however, includes the 12.1 patch.
This is the wrong thread for it.
