Is there anyway to do this. I mean I can get my personal message centred but can't centre the clock. Is there a build prop I can alter or something?. Thanks

To change the location of the clock on the lockscreen requires decompiling system files and editing the XML code. I'd recommend the Xposed Framework, but I don't even know if a module for lockscreen modification exists.

The AOSP ROMs all have the clock in the center of the lockscreen. Of course you lose out on the Touchwiz doodads, but whether you actually are losing out is a matter of debate.
