I am a novice. I unwittingly made a backup on my internal memory on my 16G Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 MK2, using Safestrap 3.70
Now, I wish to free up internal memory by erasing this backup and then re-constructing the backup on my 64G external SD card. How can I do this without bricking my phone? Thank you.

Simple, click on safestrap and click on reboot to recovery. Once it loads up tap the restore button, tap on the backup file you made before and click delete.

Safestrap<reboot<restore<backup<delete

to get back to system

reboot<system
