hardware testing >> Audio >> Loudspeaker mode >> Then choose where you having problem
like in your case its while playing media
so choose Media from selection field.
Now here you'll find actual level of volume for defined level in phone
its like what should be volume level at Level 0 its should be lowest of whatever the maximum value is.
so adjust those values in right order
for example
maximum Level is 255 and their is 7 level of volume then simply 255 / 7 = 2 = 36.42 or simply 36.
so i will adjust the values with addition of 36 from the previous value
at
Level 0 = 36
Level 1 = 72
Level 2 = 108
Level 3 = 144
Level 4 = 180
Level 5 = 216
Level 6 = 255

and leave the maximum value as it is.

Thank you for the loudspeaker values , that dolby digital plus issue fixed. One thing i need to fix of you help me with the correct values. That is, when I'm on call and use the loudspeaker, the loudspeaker volume is very low. I think the loudspeaker can do more good as it plays songs at high level then why the loudspeaker sounds is low while on phone call.

Never mind, found out where these sph and sph2 located.

Under sph I see the value 160 is max. So 160/7 right for level 0 ?
