jesus, i am thinking to get a g pro 2, but this root process is quite scary...i guess i'll have to re-evaluate my choices. I'll just wait for G3 then perhaps, rumor has it that G3 will be launched this month, but who knows...

Sir/ma'am/expert,

I was using my Lg pro 2 (D838-32gb) surfing the net then my phone suddenly turned off without any idea what causes it.
Then I turned the power button, when I start using it, my wifi signal, bluetooth and network were all not functioning anymore.
I tried some knowhow solution, turning off the phone then remvome the battery and factory reset but still same problem occcurs.
My phone is bought from singapore and dont have warranty. I have used my phone more than a month and it was smooth working
And functioning all until what happened the other day. My phone is not been rooted and it is on 4.2.2 kitkat.
Please try to help me solve my problem. I will appreciate any help thanks and kindly explain details because
Im not technically savy.
