I had the same problem with LTE.
SOLUTION:
You need titanium backup
Root explorer
Apn backup & restore.
Backup of apn.xml from stock rom or one that gave you LTE.
-------------------------------------
Open titanium backup, and select backup/restore tab.
Long press apn backup and convert to system app.
Open root explorer, and navigate to /system/app.
Move apn backup & restore and odex file to /system/priv-app.
Long press apn backup and change permissions to 7777, (check all boxes).
Reboot.
Open apn backup, and disable ICS check.
Delete apn, and restore apn you backed up earlier.
Reboot.
Let me know how it goes.

Just wonder, is there any way to change the battery icon to become circular view with percentage near the clock? The stock percentage with battery bar is way to wider and not nice
The view will be look like below example screen shot:
battery bar

Have you tried g2 tweaksbox from the market? Requires xposed framework to make it work. But works great and tons of customization.

You have to backup apn from another rom, or stock rom. I could upload a copy of my apn.xml it has over 1900 apns.
