Well here's some great news think I might flash over the Thai ROM and go back to Aussie

Can we downgrade back to kit Kat without issue??? I like doing clean installs of new firmware. My process usually for a different firmware is to first install an older version and then let Kies do the update to the newest. I have less issues/bugs every time I've done it this way.

Yes you can downgrade.
You need proper ROM and odin.

1)Start phone in download mode
2)Flash KK firmware.
3)Your phone will not start normally either. Bootloop guaranted. Don't worry.
4)Remove battery and put in again.
5)Do a factory reset from STOCK recovery
6)Flash again KK firmware
7)Phone will start normally, you can start customization and other stuff like rooting or daily using.

Personally I do this with point 6, but there is feedback that without doing second flash it works well too.

I have knox 0x1 nothing in OTA updates then... Hmmm I am curious when file with rom will be on sammobile?
