works great, few elements missed the theme as seen below but original functions are back.

Yeah, to make it themed properly, you'll probably have to put that apk into the viperdark theme zip that you have (replacing the other one), then reflash the whole theme

tried recompiling with supplied gallery file as suggested, when flashing in recovery I'd get a fail.

any ideas?

I normally use 7zip. Right click on zip > 7zip > open archive > navigate to where the apk is > drag apk in. It will then rezip it with the new apk.

I actually just found a few old versions on my dropbox, so you could try flashing this....i think it has the old gallery.

3.2.4 still didn't work but dropping supplied gallery into 3.2.4 worked & themed correctly. score!

re-downloaded and tried 3.2.5 once more and got it to flash without fail, but still something keeps the functions from working other than just the gallery for this version,

3.2.4 works perfectly.
