I am trying to flash my unlocked HTC One M8 (Asia version) to the OTA Google Play Version

I followed sakitech's instructions, and got to the last section to flash the RUU...and always end up with the following error:

FAILED (remote: 41 model id check fail)

Can anyone please help and let me know what I need to do with these last step?

Apologies in advance, as I'm new to all this

Thanks!

Why dig up a thread from May 2014, and still give wrong information?
