Yeah I believe the dev has moved on to the note 4 as that's where I found this rom being maintained so I wouldn't hold my breath. Sorry to hear that this is the only cm11 rom I kept before moving to Lp. Very stable also I used agni not devil NEVER have been able to get devil to work right

Hmm, I might give it another try in the near future, but I've missed using my N7105 too much whilst trying to resolves issues.

Yeh, I thought Agni (used 2.91 r2 anyrom cm11-12) was the recommended kernel, but on my first go flashing this ROM with it, it resulted in neverending loading of boot animation. It even prevented me from using my backup of Beanstalk.
Not entirely sure if the kernel was partly/entirely to blame though.

I gave Devil kernel a try as another poster here, seemed to imply it working reasonably well.

Just tried flashing it, after doing a proper wipe, followed by flashing the Devil 3.4 kernel' and at first impressions seem to work fine (besides the fact that it still did not pick up my 128GB microsd card in ext4 format. Also tried the microsd card in a card reader via USB OTG and no detection)

I then decided to turn the phone off (can't remember why). Later on, I turned it back on and the phone become somewhat unresponsive. I would attempt to unlock the lockscreen only for the the device to then return me back to the lockscreen. I tried pressing all the buttons, nothing.
I tried to quickly unlock and activate an app, nothing happened as a result and it would then send me back to the lockscreen.
Tried the power button to reboot the device, unresponsive; had to pull the battery to get back to TWRP 2.8.1.0 recovery (using this recovery as 2.8.4.0 may have been somehow connected to my previous problems of being stuck at the boot animation).

I have absolutely no idea why this ROM has been this troublesome. I really wanted this ROM for all its features/goodness,

I guess I'll just stick with my nandroid of BeanStalk (which has been getting somewhat sluggish), until a solution arises or the Dev decides to release an update.

yep 1st boot on new system for me, it did the very same bug "unlock. return to lock screen". just re flash the rom. not gaaps/kernel. should be fine.

Is there anything in particular I should do to flash this? I tried a few times, full wipes on each, but I get frequent systemui fcs before I can finish setting the phone up. No other kernels or mods flashed either

on your sdcard, put philz recovery and twrp along with devil kernel 3.4. and cmremix 3.05 also i use mini_gapps.4.4.4 viper and latest supersu (also your modem.zip)

use either recovery, only latest twrp after 2.8.1.0 will flash 4.4 i think, or error status 7.
should be good to go. if screen does that lock thing (ive had a couple times before
make sure you wipe everything including data.
if you boot up first thing is check settings "about" baseband "unknown" ?
if so. u may have lost your modem. flash zip. see if it works. if still "unknown". flash 4.3 stock rom. via odin, flash cwm or twrp via odin. reboot recovery.
try agian.

good luck.

flash biggest to smallest.

Anyone have any issues with keyboard switching?

I have this random issue, im using swiftkey, after I screen off, it reverts to AOSP keyboard.
i made sure its not being hibernated by greenify, because it does have cloud. but even with all that disabled it still does it.
then randomly after maybe a week swiftkey disappeared off my phone.. random?

I had a screen wakelock problems that causes my device to keep re-starting. How can I overcome this? Clean install from beanstalk 4.4.2 and using both twrp and philz recovery. Flashed plasma kernel also the same wakelock screen problem...

i use F2FS with this rom and then use FIOS scheduler. makes it fly.

    This ROM is a remix of the best options coming from famous team and developer: AOKP BEANSTALK CrDroid ChameOS CM MOKEE OMNI PA SLIM VANIR etc. with custom build kernel based on Slim Stock Version (Linux 3.80)

    Current Status :

    KNOWN ISSUES and COMMON QUESTIONS

    1. Don't dirty flash over if you update from other genius works. Make a full wipe before you flash.
    if you are updating from an old version of this rom, dirty flash should be fine.

    2. Flashing kernels : Only support anykernel format (no ramdisk).

    3. On restoring App with Titanium Backup: for those who switching roms all the time, it is recommend to wipe dalvik cache again with recovery.
    dalvik cache generated by different rom build from different toolchains may not be compatible. You better do it prior to ART conversion.

    4. If you flash SuperSu over this rom, pls checked "Enable su during boot" option in menu, otherwise, root privileges won't work

    5. For dev reason I have switch on adb logging in developer options by default. Turn it off if you don't need it and somehow it save battery and get better performance.

    6. MultiWindow is not capable with HALO existence, When Halo is enabled. ,multiWindow option won't pop up.

    ok will do and i have one suggestion. Why don't you use CM's or OMNI's 3.0.64 kernel? On stock kernel capacitive buttons light does not turn off and Agni kernel breaks OTG USB.

    My phone has been sent back to maintance~ I just grabbed a prebuilt kernel to do so.

    I have update with cm repo , and rebuilt new rom package

    EDITED : BLD4 with swiftkey workaround implementation
