Also with the first one. Was that signal issue on an AOSP Rom or Sense based?

Yes. Was hoping someone could comment on this radio. I had read and then confirmed in the AT&T store today that the APN is changed with this radio to a weird one nexgenphone or something

i just started upgrading firmware and rom , the phone is on 4.4.2 lol . i flash the international one the 2.12.401 , with that radio, the internet is not getting throttle , i wonder for how much longer will that last .
so with a different apn , it wont work correctly ?
do we have to put in the old values ourselfs ??

I have nothing but issues with the radio since the OTA to 4.4.4. I have had drops, hangups in data connections, and at some points in time no service. Is it true that an older radio (preferably the one for 4.4.3) can't be flashed? I had some of my best service on that one.
I tried to flash a couple of lollipop radio's and they both resulted in no signal.
I have flashed the current 4.16.401.10 firmware.
I am running leedroid 1.09 ROM.
I tried to flash RadioUpdate_4.19.707.2_1.25.21331147A1.06G, and got no signal.... so then I tried to flash RadioUpdate_4.16.401.9_1.25.214500021.06G as I already had this one installed and it still got no signal. I wiped cache after flashing each.
The only way I go my service back was from the adb backup I had, I flashed the telstra radio 1.22 (4.4.4 Telstra) not from this thread yesterday and it worked fine.

hi, did tried that method and I am getting the below messageJust use the adb method to flash it, works fine

s-off, bootloader unlocked, currently running arhd 34.6
I've never had that issue before, sounds like the filename is wrong you are typing in....double check that and try again... or make sure you rename the radio file to radio.img
file name is same as radio.img, reinstalled adb not getting the below error
"failed to copy '/Users/gs/Desktop/Android/radio.img' to '/storage/sdcard0/radio.img': Permission denied"

Just copy it manually to the sdcard card first then follow those steps.

1. Download the flashable zip above and store it in your Internal or External SD card
1. Boot your phone into recovery (I used TWRP)
2. Flash the zip you downloaded
3. Wipe Dalvik/Cache
4. Reboot System
Fiash via adb:
1. Download the radio.img above
2. Put the radio.img file into your ADB folder
3. Open up command prompt and copy and paste the EXACT lines
4. adb push radio.img /storage/sdcard0/radio.img
5. adb shell
5. su
6. dd if=/storage/sdcard0/radio.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p20
7. adb reboot
To Backup your Radio:
1, adb shell
2. su (if needed to get a #)
3, dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p20 of=/sdcard/mmcblk0p20
4. exit
5. You'll find the radio image on the internal sd card. rename it to radio.img if you'd like

DOWNLOAD HERE10Some advice for people with the ASIAN version of the HTC One M8 (aka 2.5 Ghz Krait phones).
I have tested the following radio's and they do not work: ATT, T-mobile, WWE, GPE. I have not tested the dev. edition radio yet. My phone has S-off and Super CID.
When you flash any of the above radios your phone will boot fine but it wont connect to a tower. After five minutes of trying to connect, the phone automatically reboots. To restore your phone you have to reflash the Taiwan radio (HTC__621 / 1.54.709.4).
If anyone with an Asian edition phone wants to double check my experiment, feel free to. The risk of damage to your phone is nil.9Here you go guys, new radio from T-Mobile US OTA:
