How to Unroot and relock bootloader?

Provided you have an unlocked bootloader you can still root by flashing the latest version of TWRP, and then flashing the latest version of the SuperSU .zip package in TWRP to root your device. Let me know if you have any questions.

That method will work for official Lollipop, what you can do is go to the Motorola website unlock your bootloader and then either flash or boot temporarily the latest TWRP and flash SuperSU .zip package.
