6 foot is too long for good performance, you know.

That length of the conductor will cause major resistance... More heat... Net lower current.

So say even when 2200mA is flowing, only 1900mA will reach the phone (not accurate as more data is needed for the calc)

I just tried the aukey 3 foot usb cables that I bought with the aukey quickcharge 2.0 wall charger and GSam. I plugged when I had 68 percent and it gave me 2058mAh so I guess it works as it should Click image for larger version

You can order the aukey quickcharge 2.0 wall charger on Amazon France for 12 euros. Works exactly the same as the official htc. Aukey is a proper company, like Anker. Don't know if they ship to your country but check it out.

Thanks, but the shipping cost makes the total price so high, that we might as well as just buy the HTC one for nearly the same price in that shop Same problem with the ones on Amazon UK (and different plug too).

What about amazon Spain or Germany? The same? I also wish there was a Amazon store in my country, Portugal. The shipping costs would be much cheaper. What I did to dilute the 7 euros of shipping costs was ordering 2 of them, along with a pack of 5 aukey usb cables, everything was 39 euros, Shipped. This way I can have a quick-charge 2.0 charger at home as well as at work

The resistance in a wire (cable) is a function of it's cross-section diameter (thickness) and it's length. So a six foot cable would work just fine provided it used a thicker conductor.
