Sounds like you need to do a factory reset. Boot to recovery and try a factory reset.

OK you said you installed everything. NC2 needs nc2 kernel, NL1 needs the NL1 kernel.

ahhh... well I installed the NL1 files but no NL1 kernerl. So for the NL1 kernel I have to put it in an ext. sd card and install it from recovery correct? If not can you please provide instructions?
I think I'm doing something wrong.

I install the AT&T [100% Stock] KitKat 4.4.4 (N900AUCUDNL1) Odin Tars per the instructions.
Then I download the N900AATTDNL1_FIRMWARE.zip 48.0 MB files and through Odin install them?

Can you please clarify!

Thanks again for everything!

If you installed the NL1 odin files then the kernel should have installed. Here is NL1 firmware https://mega.co.nz/#!vdtz1RrS!xvSH3n...3xGZPeRWewBuoA

I downloaded and extracted the files. Do I have to install only the kernel "AP_N900AATTDNL1_KERNEL.tar.md5" or all the files on the folder? Of course through Odin correct?
Sorry for my stupidity

I admit defeat, I do not understand what I'm doing wrong. I followed the instructions again and the phone refuses to load the OS.
