windows phone...my feeling is microsoft is making an extremely big mistake. they are listening to halfwit cell phone reviewers many with subhuman IQs. Windows mobile is excellent for us techs and for people intelligent enough and tech savy. there are glitches here and there and errors in UI design logic sprinkled about but we largely have a rocksolid os that can see these things fixed and make it useful for literally everyone. It already is. Iphone is single tasking I would never bother with that. android has aps loading by the dozens overfilling ram so you have to clear it every hour or so or it slows to a crawl even when you run no aps, android email is a wreck if you want ssl email or other features.
Keep windows mobile as is it is very customizable. FIX GLITCHES add all codecs. add games MAKE 7 WORK ON THE MAX NUMBER OF PHONES POSSIBLE do not dictate buttons if the phone is otherwise top notch like touch pro 2 and HD2. the button thing is just MS trying to clone success. forget it Windows mobile is successful it just needs a bug overhaul (make it possible to set up ssl email the first time you set the account up..I did a 6.5.5 build, I believe, that did it correctly) and improve memory and other performance ... add progs and games to the default on the sd card. but keep it in tact.

XDA Developers was founded by developers, for developers. It is now a valuable resource for people who want to make the most of their mobile devices, from customizing the look and feel to adding new functionality. Are you a developer?
