It could be possible to adopt this method for a custom recovery installation in a phone with locked bootloader?

Sorry, you can't. Your carrier permanently locked your bootloader and there's no way to unlock it, so, no CM11 for you...

The version 1.3.2 works almost fine on linux, but there is a little mistake into the "root.sh" file... It is enough to correct the for "push .\files\" into a "push ./files/" and the script works fine!!!
