And I am getting error even when I don't use lock boot loader code. And I have removed cwm and superuser is it affecting?

I can't help with locking the bootloader ,because I myself was unsuccessful in doing that
Now for downgrade ,upgrade process
1) downgrading to 4.4.4 use the same process you are using just don't use mfastboot.exe oem lock begin and mfastboot.exe oem lock commands. Let the device boot to system.
2) Upgrading to 5.0.2 boot to recovery and connect device to pc select 'apply update using adb sideload' and give command adb sideload update.zip . Where update.zip is name of the official ota zip(unmodded and untouched). update will be applied. OTA zip can be found in general forum, there are millions of those thread, make sure you use official ota.
3)Upgrading to newer 5.0.2 it's 13mb file also available in forum can be applied the same way as part 2)

make sure you full unroot then wipe system ,data ,dalvik ,cache,internal storage(using cwm recovery ,I used TWRP) before starting to downgrade to 4.4.4
