[Q] Android recovery system not able to select options

I am not able to select any of the options in Android recovery system e3 on my Micromax A89. volume up and down are working well to change selection. I have to remove Battery to reboot phone and am not able to back up my ROM. plz help

Which recovery is installed in ur device? if stock than u can't backup ur rom. Try CWMR or TWRP. In CWM press power key not soft home key

Well as Sir Virus0044 said:

Is their any special option in cwm to back up rom or simply backup option will only back up rom

Hi...Well u can use the Rom Manager app to backup rom or simply do it in CWM Recovery u will need to choose the folders that you want to backup.
