Which recovery is installed in ur device? if stock than u can't backup ur rom. Try CWMR or TWRP. In CWM press power key not soft home key

Hi There,
Well as Sir Virus0044 said:

*If you are on the Stock Recovery you wont be able to Backup Your Rom as no option like that will appear there, So you will need to Flash A Custom Recovery on your Device. To Know How To Do That Check The Below Link & Hit THANKS If helped.
