also this:
@dovakinn

does it have to do with the USB debugging thing? is your usb debugging ticked when you made the .img file? not sure just searched around about that.

UPDATE:

BOOT RECOVERY MODE
CHECK BOOT PARTITIONS
COPY FROM T-FLASH
BOOT RECOVERY
WRITE 139008 SECTORS
FLASH WRITE FAILURE
ddi : mmc_read failed
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: GT-I9192
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
KNOX KERNEL LOCK: 0x0
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0x0
CSB-CONFIG-LSB: 0x30
BOOTLOADER RP SWREV: 1
WRITE PROTECTION: Enabled
MMC: mmc_read fail(after trying to flash with or without pit)
SECURE CHECK FAIL: PIT

still fail. can't go to download mode. still getting pits error

this is what I do.
I put SDcard on bricked phone and flash it with the latest firmware on AP Box from the model of my phone which is KSA-I9192XXUAMH3 and it asks for pit file and whenever I put in the pit file I still get the same error. I dunno if the problem is the .pit file or what. do you guys have a .pit that I can also try?

take out your battery for 5 to 10 mins atleast, then try to boot into d/l mode also UNCHECK repartition.

not sure about usb debugging but i keep it on mostly.

i have the same problem with my i9195, and i also own a jig the only difference between the phone starting with jig and without is that with jig it says factory mode instead of odin mode and they have the same purpose.

both modes get detected in odin and same problem occurs, that the pit is missing but i have tried 3 different types of pit. all which should come from a i919x phone.

<ID:0/013> Get PIT for mapping..
<ID:0/013>
<ID:0/013> There is no PIT partition.
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)

And on the phone it shows either, PIT FAIL : TOTAL SECTORS (0) or SECURE CHECK FAIL: PIT followed by ODIN: flash read failure
