Get this: http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23329332407589581 extract it and put it in your adb/fastboot folder

then open a second command prompt, and push it: adb push mkfs.ext4 /tmp/

then go back to the original command prompt with the shell:

Code:
chmod 777 /tmp/mkfs.ext4

/tmp/mkfs.ext4 -b 4096 -O ^huge_file,^dir_nlink,^ext_attr,^resize_inode,^extra_isize -m 0 /dev/block/mmcblk0p35

/tmp/mkfs.ext4 -b 4096 -O ^huge_file,^dir_nlink,^ext_attr,^resize_inode,^extra_isize -m 0 /dev/block/mmcblk0p37

I have adb push mkfs.ext4 /tmp/ in recovery mode after putting the extracted file in my adb/fastboot folder. I copied and paste the whole thing you placed in "code" and into the first command prompt. I get:

~ # chmod 777 /tmp/mkfs.ext4

mke2fs 1.41.12 (17-May-2010)
Could not stat /dev/block/mmcblk0p35 --- No such file or directory

The device apparently does not exist; did you specify it correctly?

Question Still active?
Is this thread still active? Played a little bit with my old HTC Sensation XL and got the same problem as above.
The command fdisk -l /dev/block/mmcblk0 gave this output:
