I got running the CM12 ROM (lollipop) in my LBL SP 5306. That ROM it's really bad, even worst than 4.3 . So the question is, I can downgrade from 5.0 to 4.4 or 4.3 with flashtool? Or only with the ROM in the SD card and flashing with the CWM (wipe, dalvik etc etc)?

Well, I know little about ROMs. But I'm sure you will have to install first Android back into the phone. I mean, uninstall CM12 from it. And I beleive, mostly surely, that Flashtool will help you. Good luck!
