No permissions killed apps on last version on android 5.02 and 5.1 that's why the new version. Read..
Sorry, don't understand your post. Read What?
EDIT. I have yet another problem with this software now. After a day of trying I finally got it to 'remember' things ( I don't know how that happened) but now on every reboot Android 'optimises' the app at start up and reverts it back to the previous version - 9098. This has happened 5 times now and I can't stop it. Also 9098 has gone back to 'auto-forget' mode just the same as the updated version.
EDIT2. I have now tried version 1377 both after using twrp 'fix permissions' and after setting selinux context to 'permissive'. It does not work. Every time Android starts it 'optimizes' LBE back to the previous version with no way to stop it from happening. Google that if you can!! I have fixed the problem with 9098 instantly forgetting all the app settings though, I just imported the settings from a backup I made earlier, that seemed to work OK.
EDIT3. This is my final shot at this. I followed this procedure: 1) Close then uninstall LBE 9098. 2) Reboot to recovery 3) Wipe Cache and Dalvik 4) Reboot to system. 5) Install LBE v1377 - everything works. 6) Reboot 7) Android 'optimizes' LBE and when it has finished version 9098 is installed again.!!!!!!! The cache is empty, the dalvik is empty and I have deleted the apk file for 9098 ages ago, but still it is back - impossible? I would have said so, but I have witnessed it so many times yesterday and today that I know it is not in the least bit impossible, in fact it is absolutely unavoidable.
