I have HTC one m8 s-off with "cid htc__038" "modelid: 0P6B65000".
I changed my CID to GOOGL001 and MID to 0P6B17000 and then flashed "RUU-HTC_One_M8_GPE_5.0.1-3.11.1700.5.zip" non rooted.
but after all that I didn't get the new update 5.1, can any one help me with that??

I couldn't get it either. Not sure why. Might have to do with the carrier?
