@mikeioannina seriously, my wife got the same problem on her smultron. this makes the phone unusable. I can't post logs because my PC is broken.

One of obvious solution would be to install SETCPU, choose different scheduler and frequencies ..
Obviously the problem is in kernel speedstepping and not the rom.

Problem is gone in nightly 21/09 /2014 but only with zram enabled.

I just noticed my GPS isn't working in 21/9 nightly

Kernel reflash and clean install didn't help. I'm using PAgapps pico.

Hi, is this project still alive? I ask because I can see updated version for other phones but for Xperia 2011 the last version is 9/21/14.

21/09/2014 nightly for me today is the most stable rom for the xperia ray.
Thanks to TEAM KANG my little phone reborned!!
