Wifi Issue
Using an AT&T galaxy s5 unlocked for the T-mobile network

After each reset, all wifi network information is forgotten. Passwords must be reentered.

There is a line of code in your build.prop called
Ro.Securestorage.support =true or false make sure it says false then reboot phone put in wifi password again and you shouldn't have no more problems
