If you're on B708 from Kang you have root already. In this case you have installed Kinguser with integrated SuperSu 3.43. Try to install any root checker to check it. In other case I suggest to replace your b708 by b708 from Kang.

I can't flash anything with latest twrp, and now in can't back to stock recovery in any way...please help me if you can

Try to use the fastboot mode to flash any recovery with .img.
