Of course the title says it all, this is from Droid Maxx and its a Non-Dev model. From a clean Rsd flash of the latest 19.6.3, then rooted, and not modified.

A dump is only for maintenance. Say you delete a system app while rooted. Or a some file. No help for if not rooted.
