Forgot to mention that after the first time that I couldn't change the PORT, I rebooted my laptop. When it didn't work the 2nd time, I reinstalled all of your software. So I'm not sure how to do the drivers again.

Sounds like you did the software part of the install. Not sure why the drivers didn't install correctly.

Try going to device manager and update drivers on those items. Tell it you have disk, and browse to the LG Drivers directory. See if that helps them install.

I'm sorry I'm not at my computer right now. I just had surgery 3 days ago and have been bed ridden since, otherwise, I'd make you a quick video showing how to do this. Hoping to be able to get up later today or tomorrow.
