Taking the back cover off should reveal what variant the device really is? Mine says 850, regardless of the previous owners saying its a Rogers Wireless phone, and it was running stock rogers lg d852 firmware. Sound right?

Hey does anyone know if the d850PR is capable of using the regular d850 twrp recovery to flash ROMs?? Seems like the exact same device with PR on the end? Just curious as i have a buddy that has one and wants to flash ROMs, but there doesnt seem to be any support for his actual model....Any info would be great as none seems to exist searching google....
