I've got a D800 (LG G2 AT&T variant) that I'm trying to completely restore to stock. I have the stock firmware (LGD800AT-01-V10o-310-410-OCT-19-2013+0.tot), but I haven't been able to get the LG flash tool to work. (The LGE COM port never shows up.)
I've used this tool to to extract the .bin files, and it sure does look like I should be able to boot into TWRP and use adb to transfer and dd the files, for example:
dd if=modem.bin of=/dev/block/mmcblk0 bs=512 seek=32768 count=107520
are the Disk Offset and Length shown in the tool).
Is there some reason that this wouldn't work?
EDIT: BTW, assuming that this will work, is there any way to export the file/partition information shown in the tool into a text format?
