Turning it off and on again (by power button) a couple times seem to make it go away for a while. I was having it at least once a day in previous versions of this kernel.

This happens to me as well, I use this kernel because of dt2w mostly

I think yes but negligible, the issue is with the screen lag and not with battery life.

I just installed the latest KT-SGS5-LP5.1-AOSP-G900-05.02.2015.zip in my G900T on top of the latest CM12.1 nightly. Now I am getting the error saying, 'Unfortunately, System UI has stopped.' This keeps on popping up which makes the phone unusable. Anybody experiencing the same thing? Or anybody know how to fix this? Thanks.

Unfortunately I cant check OTA because I did a clean install. Flash CM nightly, then KT Kernel, then Gapps. I will try to get a new nightly today, and see what happens. Thanks, Luigi!

Just tested this with the latest nightly (cm-12.1-20150518-NIGHTLY-klte.zip). Wiped cache, dalvik cache, boot, system, data, Installed cm-12.1-20150518-NIGHTLY-klte.zip, then KT-SGS5-LP5.1-AOSP-G900-05.02.2015.zip, then Gapps. Still the same error. Unfortunately, System UI has stopped.
