ReTA -I started on Release updates only. Nightlies were overpowering me. I've never had a problem with them. However, the error on flashing after May 15 was solved by flashing the file "OnePlusFirmware-20150515.zip" one time. It is 31M in size. Problem vanished. Research this. I'm having to download from Mokee site and manually flash-entirely due to my lack of experence. I can download the file OTA, but I don't know where the file is received. (not "download")

Reply to my own post. The info on needed software was obtained from OnePlus forums, specifically "Mental support group for Flashaholics".
I got my file at "https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23991606952604019" (without quotes)
