Try it with different recovery. I Think there is pure cwm in the forum, use cwm.img this time.

means total i hav to wait for 1 hour or what if it stop at 97% (30 min for 97% & 30 min for remaining) then also it not work then disconnect the device... . . correct ????.

Waiting until %100 recommended
If you disconnect at %97 there will be missing or faulty apps
