Okay the part that is unclear to me is after formating everything....how im i supose to flash the new twrp if i formated everything that would mean erasing the old twrp...like how im i supose to get bak on reovery mode if i formated everything??? Also im confused about the partitions.. im only used to normal flashing lol...please help...also i dont get what format really means does it mean doing a normal wipe in twrp?? The partiotions have me confused...do i have to go to settings in twrp and partition ext 4 ???

The dirctions are in order...so yes...

No you dont have to do anything special to the microsd.
