EDIT: It looks like the links on the first post still work. Please check again.

Thanks so much. Now my phone works! The first page link also works, sorry I don't know what went wrong earlier.

I have questions. Kitkat seems to be better for me because Tethering / Hotspot works:

1. Will I be able to stay with Kitkat or will the phone will be automatically updated with Lollipop?

2. Any advantage in moving to Lollipop other than the so called better features?

1. I believe you can disable the OTA Updates using something like this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2249350
2. I've heard from a lot of people who do NOT prefer Lollipop due to the way they scabbed it together in this release. It's simply personal preference.

Which is now how I am at this point I attempted to go through the same process as I did the first time (from your First Post) and it failed during the process and now I am where im at with it (not moving from the Firmware Update Screen). I have attempted to talk to multiple people within AT&T and they only want to refer me to getting into their "NEXT Program".

I'm having a similar issue. Stuck on the firmware update screen with no progress. Phone was never rooted. I just hated what lollipop had done to it recently and wanted to go back to the good old days. Tried the unplug method, but no luck.
