Ok in that case you better use this file... It'll get you back to stock... But rooted, use Odin 3.5...

Thank you so much! !!! Worked like a charm . I've always flashed from recovery most roms I've used said Do not flash with Odin so I got in the habit or didn't consider that option

Now you should get your custom recovery since this installs stock recovery and updates bootloader as well...
