Customization number of my Z2(D6503) is 1280-5932, can i Flash with any customization Stock ROM? or phone will brick??? please explain the procedure to avoid brick if different customization number or brand...???

Sony Mobile Communication" size only 0.2MB
What update this is?
I'm using fw. 28 pre-rooted

Then how can i hide/remove this notif from status bar?

If you want to hide your Update Center Notification then goto Setting>Personalization>Manage notification>Update Center [Uncheck it]...

Yes, you can flash any official rom for your model without risk. You have to use flashool program. You can find tutorial on forum.
I also reccomend to uds XperiFirm program for checking actual software versions for any customization version.

There is no "manage notification" at Personalization section.
There is" Status bar icons" at personalization but no option for update center.

I dont think there's rooted ftf. You can have flashable pre-rooted firmware (.zip) using PRFCreator.
