I don't use these.
SuperSU causes some conflict with Miui root and was causing crashes with TitaniumBackup. I just use Miui root management now.
MIUI-6-GPE-boot-patch.zip was needed to enable Xposed (and probably WSM tools) but in the last few versions it hasn't been needed (and i think it prevented OTA).

So my install process:
Rom
KT Kernel
Gapps

Then boot, launcher will FC so back to recovery and delete cache then reboot.
Install Xposed
This weeks OTA patch just installed from recovery without a problem.

Does anyone know how to lower the dpi of apps ... ?Only apps I've tried it by lowering from build prop but it changes the whole ui

if you fancy trying Xposed framework there's a module called App Settings that lets you do this (and more).
