Hi guys. Recently I tested lg l bello which has lower end hardware and it performed better. The sony sp is good and fast, but it is not smooth and it has ui laggs from time to time. Any smoothness fix? for 4.3 or 4.4?

I'm not here to ruin any thread but sometime ago An XDA Recognized Contributor had proven build.prop tweaks to be placebo, simply because all of those lines you added are not in the system's database, long story short if the system does not recognize it, it simply skips it rendering those lines utterly useless
Source Post proving Build.prop tweaks to be placebo/not real

If you want to see "real" and "visible" improve in performance I suggest using Custom Kernels, there are many which support many features like Voltage Boosting and many Governors which ensure optimal performance..
