Yes, I tried, but when I press volume down + volume up + power button nothing happens..

I always remove the battery then hold both volume buttons while plugging in USB cable (keeping them held until update screen appears)

Thanks! I have tried everything, but nothing appears. (with batery, without batery..)

Are you on the correct version of TWRP? Either way, you should install a newer ROM, like cm-12.1 or cm-11.0 by Blefish.

would u please upload this rom to another web storage?
i have just tried another cm11 rom but it works just not satisfying.
i just registered the xda account and now seeing your post
there is no denying that your rom seems to be a great work
but i am in china and google docs is unreachable here.
i really want to try your work and would you please upload it again to another web storage(like the Dev-Host), so i can download and use
