I have a problem...
After i uninstalled the app the timeout is always going back to 15s.no matter what i do...

Impossible, it must still be installed or another app is affecting the display timeout.

This is an awesome app. i've already purchased it.

I was wondering would a setting to keep the screen bright even on battery be possible?

By that, do you mean that the screen won't dim and then suddenly turns off when it times out?
