Thumbs up Package disabler samsung
If you have samsung device try package disabler app, looks good to me, no rooting needed
Please search package disabler in android play store (I cannot post the link as i am new )

Looks like Google pulled the application. I could not find it. A Google search shows the app but when you try to click the link for the play store it doesn't find it. You of course could download the it from a 3rd party site, but I would never do that, to many rogue hijacked application.

You could always run terminal emulator and use pm disable

I'm using titanium backup pro and freezing services. I seem to have it fairly stable now with what I have.
I'm looking for a way to export out a list of the items I have frozen on it. If I find it I'll post what I froze.
