When you unplug and re-plug your phone, does Windows see ANY new device? Maybe the drivers are not being installed correctly and there is a generic device being shown?

If not, then try another cable, or another USB port and see if that helps. If no luck, try plugging into another PC and see if anything happens. If you get something on the other PC, then you will need to diagnose your PC to continue. If nothing happens, then you might have a bad USB port on your phone.

Try connecting when in normal Powered On mode, and also when in Recovery Mode. See if either mode does anything.

Keep in mind that this will remove all of your data from your phone, so do a backup first.

Use the D80020c installer listed on first post. Then use the following instructions to update using the FOTA OTA Manual Method: http://forum.xda-developers.com/att-...o-20u-t2828874

Are there steps to go back to stock D800 LG OTA Lollipop 5.0 instead to KitKat?
I did not find an image for D800 OTA Lollipop 5.0. Can somebody drop a link to it please?

I'm not sure if that file has ever shown up anywhere. I'd like to know if you find it though, then I will build a dedicated installer for that one too.

That's actually the FOTA update, not the TOT file. You can use FOTA to update to Lollipop, but I'm hoping the TOT file shows up so we can flash directly to Lollipop without having to update using FOTA.
