Hi,

I have an issue with the omni rom 5.1.1 from Humberos.
2 internal storage appears, one where are installed with 1.4GB, full very fast : /data
Another where nothing is installed with 12GB free : /storage/sdcard0 or /mnt/media_rw/sdcard0

I flashed from CM10.2 with this mount points and the same from stock ROM

This is what the old device does. Not a issue.
They had eMMC and also a cheaper(?) sdcard inside so there is two.
Actually many apps only accept emmc(/data) so you got little space.
BTW, nowadays phones have a full card and sharing data and sdcard space in a partition (sdcard is just a link to data partition).

I'll try to make a link between /data/app and /storage/sdcard0/app to have more space to install apps ...

edit : link2sd does the job, application by application ...

Question
Hi all,

I have a question about USB-OTG.

Rom File Date: omni-4.4.4-20150520-p1-FINAL.zip
That is the latest omnirom build.

I have found the file android.hardware.usb.host.xml in \system\etc\permissions\ after unzip.

In the file you can find:
Quote:

...
<!-- This is the standard feature indicating that the device can communicate
with USB devices as the USB host. -->
<permissions>
<feature name="android.hardware.usb.host" />
</permissions>

For me it means I can use an USB-OTG cable for external USB storage devices.

Right???

No,it's just the Android implementation. Actually there is a file when you build the ROM and it's explicitly specified as 2 sdcards.
