I too have a note 4 and it will not pair with the watch. I need to send it to casio it seems.....
My watch is fixed now (GB-5600B), but what I've done after the local services told me that they don't know anything about that problem.
I checked whether the service I contacted is one of the OFFICIAL services: world.casio.com/support/ (Product Repair / Parts -> Watches)
Then I wrote an email to the Casio Support center in Europe (because I'm there
and in the email I described the whole problem and that the local Casio services doesn't know about that issue with Android > 5.0.
After 2 weeks without response I wrote the same email again. At the end I wrote that this is the second email to them
On the next day I got a response that they will contact my local service and they did it.
Then the local service contact and told me that some part will be delivered to them, for my watch, and after that they will contact me again to replace it, maybe the bluetooth module, I don't know. Aaaaand after a month and a week in the local service, my watch is now successfully connected to my Note 3 with Android 5.0.
