... really? 3 hours of SOT with just turning off wifi scanning? I'd say that is pretty good for bone stock, although I'm really still stabilizing mine and trying to maximize it. I get between 3 and 3.5 hours SOT while at work, and that is with I'd say just below average signal strength and toggling wifi on and off several times throughout the day. I also keep my screen under 35% brightness almost all the time, unless I have to step outside, at which point I can't see it. I haven't measured it at home over the weekend yet.

Someone with better expertise could come along, but if you give me a little while I'll try and snag some info for you. In the meantime:

What android version are you on?
What do you keep your screen brightness at?
Do you toggle things (mobile data, wifi, BT, etc) on/off as needed?
Are daydreams on?
What is your screen timeout setting?
Are gestures turned on?

I am using Android lollipop on data with auto brightness, 5 min timeout, no daydream and no gestures
