Yes you can install it! Make a nandroid backup of your current rom though, just in case!

No, just flash the rom and it should be fine. If it doesn't boot, or you're having issues with wifi for instance, try to flash "boot.img" from the rom. (put the device in fastboot mode, put the "boot.img" file in your adb/fastboot folder and in the command prompt then type "fastboot flash boot boot.img")

Allright I made a nandroid backup & tried to install the rom through twrp
I get this error :
"Error executing updater binary in zip"

What can I do to make it install succesfully?

nvm it worked, I flashed the boot.img and restarted the phone & tried reinstalling again through twrp.
Finally back to the 4.4.4 Blazing fast rom

im on latest lollipop firmware, latest twrp recover version, and i get a fail error, the rom wont install !! do i need to roll back to kitkat firmware ?

error is : error executing updater binary in zip / sd card ........
